The Beatles sang the song, It's Been A Hard Days Night. Well for me it has been a hard life. Although I have changed jobs in the past to try and make my life easier, it has never worked out that way. I suppose the problem is that I am a workaholic.
My husband and friends are forever telling me to slow down, and so lately I have been making use of day spas. I really wish that I had discovered them years ago, as they really help me get through the week.
